Zhou Nutrition started with a small group of runners, yogis, athletes and outdoor enthusiasts all striving for greatness in our own unique ways. The common thread? We know that what’s inside matters. Proper nutrition can make or break a bid for greatness, and supplements are key to filling in the gaps.
When we couldn’t find the high-quality supplements we knew we needed, we decided to make our own.
If it’s going in your body, there should be no question about the contents or quality. That’s why at Zhou Nutrition, we test all of our ingredients at intake as well as all of our finished products to ensure you’re getting exactly what we promise, and nothing more or less. All of our facilities are subject to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) Standards and we lab-verify all incoming ingredients and finished formulas. Our goal is to make supplements we take ourselves, and we have some damn high standards.
Zhou HQ is located in Salt Lake City, tucked away in Utah’s Wasatch Mountain Range. Our passion for all things outdoors fuels everything we do. Between winter powder days and summer canyoneering, our weekends are always full of adventure. We design supplements to help us feel our best, so we can keep enjoying the beauty around us.

In our search, we came across brands that either used low-quality ingredients or that didn’t meet our specific needs.
Eventually, we said enough was enough—we’d make them ourselves.
We started by looking outside the lab and towards nature to find the world’s greatest sources of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Combining nature’s nutrients with science-backed formulas, we created our first line of clean, effective supplements that were tailored to our unique needs.
